Yeah, it’s Friday! This has been a long week for Sean and me. I’m getting really spoiled with getting every other Friday off and to top it off, last week was a really short week with Memorial Day, so being back to a normal schedule was rough. Sean started summer classes this week. He’s got 5 weeks of 2 days per week for 4 hours at a time. That’s 8 hours every week that he’s in class. Since Sean’s in class on Tuesday and Thursday nights and doesn’t get home until 9:30 (he eats dinner in class) and I don’t get home from yoga until about 8pm, that means dinners have to be incredibly fast when I get home or I starve. This week has made me appreciate Sean fixing dinners on the other nights that I go to yoga. It looks like I’ll be travelling again for work soon. That’s fine by me. It gets me out of Phoenix during the worst heat of the summer and I can’t complain about that.
This weekend is filled with introducing friends to our favorite tea and spice shops in town, disc golf, quilter’s night and trying new recipes out. I’m hoping to get some sleep crammed in somewhere around there, but we’ll see if that happens.
