another week, same denver
Another Monday night arrives and it finds me in Denver, Colorado once more. Thankfully, a weekend home divided this week from the last. Last week was uneventful, apart from the many hours of work involved. Friday evening, I flew home to enjoy a brief, but enjoyable weekend home. During the weekend, I found shoes to match my dress for Crutcher and Theresa’s upcoming wedding this coming weekend. They’re cool. They’re silvery and shiny and they’re cute little slipper like shoes. I’m really looking forward to wearing them. Sunday came all too quickly, and with it, my flight back to Denver. The flight was just like the one I had taken the previous Sunday. Not a huge surprise. My only gratification is that I’m accumulating frequent flyer mileage at a fast clip.
In the meantime, I’ll spend the rest of my evening curled up in front of my fireplace in my hotel room (it’s freakin’ cold in Denver!) and surf the web.
