Let me quickly preface what I’m about to say with a quick comment. I am not usually a proponent of Microsoft. I think that some of the company’s practices are underhanded and I think that the Windows operating system is flaky at best.

That being said, at work, I have a Windows XP Professional system. I’m not completely thrilled with it, but damned if I’m not impressed with how nicely organized communications are with Outlook. Meetings are set up all online. My calendar is shared on the server (as well as everyone else’s calendar) so that people don’t even have to talk to me to figure out when I’m available for a meeting. How cool is that?! That, and the address book. There are two people in my group that I can’t spell their last names to save my life, but I know the first three letters of, so I never have to be able to spell the whole name. I like companies that have their $hit together enough to be this organized.
