Owning the Evil Egg

Well the red civic has done me well. Yesterday I finalized a deal with a young couple to purchase my civic, and in return, picked myself up a nice little 2002 Ford Focus- in yolk yellow (yes that IS the actual color name). So I have gone from a car that had 115,000 miles to one that has 10,000 miles and a warranty. Pretty good deal, and it will be perfect for traveling.

Speaking of traveling, I now have a more compelling reason to drive to Atlanta on Thursday, evidently my mother went to the hospital yesterday to have her appendix removed. So now is the time for me to go visit, it will be a good way to break in the car.

Geez I have not posted anything resembling a story in a long time, it is going to take me a bit to get back in the rhythm of things.
