I’ve been thinking about taking a yoga class for several months, especially after I had to drop out of my dance class because of the inconvenient time it was offered. So, I started to do a little research about yoga centers in town. There are a few, but I was particularly interested in one. It’s over in the Five Points area of town. They offer both Level I Yoga classes as well as Pilates classes. I was thinking if I took two classes per week, I could take one of each. I’m going to consult my chiro about it later this morning when I go see him and see what he says about the place and whether or not it would be good for me to start doing something like that yet. If I’m going to do it, then I’m going to start doing it immediately. Otherwise, I’ll just continue to put it off and put it off until I just give up trying to take a class. No more negative thoughts. I’m going to make the time to do this and I’m going to stick to it.
