That just goes beyond the realms of wrongness. On a related note, the courts upheld Oregon’s right to have a law that makes it legal for doctor’s to assist in euthanasia for terminally ill patients (6 months or less to live) and so long as the patient gives themselves the actual lethal dosage. The Justice Dept is very unhappy about this, but most especially Ashcroft is quite upset.
