late start

No classes today. It’s Honors Day. I could attend the College of Engineering Honors ceremony, but I personally think there are better uses for my day. For instance, I took an extra hour getting to work today so that I could relax and curl up with Sean for a few minutes. I’ll work my usual three hours at work today and go home at noon. Then, I’ll curl up in front of my computer and work for the rest of the afternoon on a program that’s due tomorrow. It’s not all that bad, though. I mean, the program’s not bad, now that I’ve had a chance to sort it through my head. I just need to get it down on paper. That, and I don’t have to sit through classes today. I’ll miss being in history and hearing Dr. Gerberding’s sarcastic wit and I’ll miss how Dr. Jovanov actually makes me enjoy Microcomputers, but I will definitely not miss Dr. Kulick’s lectures that I never seem to understand until I go back and learn the material myself.
Today’s going to be a good day. I’m going to enjoy it.
