Let there be Skates

Yep, after finding out yesterday that the UPS guy was trying to deliver my skates to the wrong address, I gave up and just had them deliver it to my workplace. I am going to wear them for the rest of the day. I will probably pass on trying to drive home with them on.

Nah, there are a couple of marks on the plasic thingy my chair is on, but this place has industrial carpet, no big deal. Plus I didn’t attempt to walk around in them quite yet…..

Besides, you have to have your skates sharpened before you skate on the. They currently have no edges.

Actually I had the foresight to have them sharpened before they shipped them out. This way I don’t get reamed by the pro shop for not buying my skates there. they stuck the skates in plastic bags (inside the boxes) and they cut up the bags, and I can see the marks. I think they did the hollow at 7/16ths. That is all the info i have on them for now.
