I didn’t really have time last night, but I wanted to go, so I put off finishing homework so that I could go see Blade II with Sean last night. We missed the earlier showing because my class let out late last night, so we decided to go see the 9:40 showing. That left us a couple hours to kill. We wandered down to Lowe’s since my mom said that she had seen some chairs that she thought we might like better than the ones we got this weekend (we had until today to return the newly purchased ones). As we were leaving Lowe’s, Sean pointed out that we were across from Miyako’s. “Isn’t Monday night sushi night for you?” I had completely forgotten about dollar sushi night at Miyako’s since I always seem to have a class on Monday nights. We wandered over there and got some sushi. Yummy. Even Sean ordered some of the rolls and seemed to enjoy them. I’m slowly getting him used to sushi. We finally made our way to the movie theater. It was a decent movie. A bit more gore than the first one. It still had a semi-plot. Leaving the theater, though, I realized that I went to see it because Wesley Snipes is hot as Blade and there was good action in the movie, not because it’s an Oscar winning movie.

Overall, it was a good way to spend an evening. I’m looking forward to being out of college so that I can enjoy more weeknight “dates” like that with Sean.
