Just a little more sanity and I’ll get through this. I woke up at 6:30 this morning (I know, I know, it’s not that early for some of you, but it’s early for me to be thinking about Electronics) to look over my notes just that one last time. At 7:30, still in pajamas, with one of Sean’s oversize pullovers yanked over my head and the sleeves rolled up, I got into my car with my notes and book and headed to school. At 8am, my professor walked into the class and started to hand out our exams. It was my EE315 class (aka Microelectronic Circuits). I thought the midterm was bad. Although it wasn’t officially a cumulative exam, everything in that class built upon itself. Stuff that we had to learn for the midterm had to be remembered for the final, as we would take that basic knowledge and use it towards more complicated circuits. Blech. Not only did we have to remember everything for BJTs and BJT amplifiers, but also everything for MOSFETs and their respective amplifier circuits. Those were the hardest to remember, because everything was very similar, but just a tiny bit different.

It’s over now, though. I think I did pretty well in the class, although I went into the final barely clinging to my A, so I’ll likely get a high B in the class. For now, though, I have to move on with my life. I have an interview with Xontech this afternoon and another exam looms upon the horizon for tomorrow (CS214, aka Intro to Discrete Structures). Three more exams to go and everything will be done Tuesday. I can make it ’til then with my tiny shred of sanity left. I hope so, at least.
